Step by Step: Hands-on Help to Write Your Nonfiction Book

If God has given you a message to share, this highly practical 2 1/2 hour workshop will help you decide what to write about, organize your content, start writing your nonfiction book, and stay encouraged during the writing process. You will walk away inspired, but more importantly with words on paper and next steps to finish your book. 

Susie Larson, Cheryl Ricker, and David Sluka will provide guided instruction with feedback so that you will leave with
  • an engaging title and subtitle
  • a table of contents
  • a short description of your chapters
  • a basic outline of some of your chapters, knowing how to organize chapter content effectively and efficiently
  • a head start on one of your chapters
  • tips to writing and editing more quickly and effectively

Please bring the following to the workshop:
  • Laptop computer, iPad, or tablet fully charged (it will be more challenging to use pen and paper, but bring that if it's all you have)
  • A working title and subtitle of the book you'd like to write 

This workshop is best suited for Christian living non-fiction writing (it is not for fiction writing).
